Beef Stew in the slow cooker

Ingredients

1kg Saint Meat's Diced beef (chuck, gravy or shin)
1/4 cup plain flour
salt & pepper
1 tspn minced garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tspn paprika
1 tspn Worcestershire sauce
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 cups beef stock
3 potatoes, diced
4 carrots, sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped

Method:

Place meat in a freezer bag with flour, salt & pepper and shake until coated. Brown Beef in butter in a frypan to seal in the juices.

Place into slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients and mix.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours stirring once.
